Job Description:
The position is responsible for assisting the sales team in the day to day operations of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify buyers needs and communicate to merchandising and design team
- Manage buyer requests and sample process from pre-production through delivery and maintain sample log
- Responsible for PO tracking and paperwork
- Help assist team by creating and maintaining ATS worksheets on a weekly basis
- Will work closely with account executive to create assortments based on selling history and current market trends.
- Knowledge of market, fashion trends and business environment
- Facilitation of orders through confirmation process
- Interface with production, design and customer service teams
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years experience in retail, sales support of related field.
- 1-3 years experience in retail, sales support of related field.
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
