Job Description:

Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its talented corps of Imagineers is responsible for the creation – from concept initiation through installation – of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, cruise ships, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working between the finance team and studios at Walt Disney Imagineering to assist in development of standard efficiency measures
• Providing analytical support for strategic initiatives at Walt Disney Imagineering
• Analyzing, communicating and reporting on cost reductions
• Managing large data sets in support of analytical work
• Analyzing operational performance and metrics
• Preparing presentation decks and present findings and proposals to Walt Disney Imagineering leadership
• Working on ad-hoc projects and analytics
• Working as thought partner with Finance leadership to understand key drivers of strategic initiatives and develop metrics quantifying progress
• Tracking and monitoring performance metrics

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to gather, process, and analyze information coming from various sources and develop a framework to answer underlying questions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and interpret financial models, including discounted cash flow models

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines
• Experience with creative thinking and fast turnaround production
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a flexible team environment, including functional groups outside of the department
• Ability to prioritize tasks
