Job Description:

As a Maestro, you will be an ambassador for Converse customization and Brand. You will achieve this through the delivery of premium service and by creating a unique, personal and customized experience for consumers. You will be helping customers to design their own sneakers, tees, hoodies, bags, notebooks and other customized products.

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to understand the customers specific needs with knowledge of style, product, design and current trends
• Ability to effectively help consumers translate their design vision into unique customized product
• Strong organization skills
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Proficient in utilizing computer software programs to include photoshop & illustrator
