Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• flow, equipment usage and cleaning.
• Responsible for maintaining labor and cost of sales budget requirements by continuously evaluating and adjusting to the
  business needs.
• Provides Associates with necessary information, training, tools and equipment to do their jobs effectively and safely.
• Take steps to ensure that employees are trained in all facets of the operation such as service procedure, production
• Greet, answer questions, ensure quality service, and resolve complaints for guests.
• Required to attend Supervisor meetings and communicate information to counterparts.
• Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints from park guests and employees.
• Monitor that all safety procedures are followed.
• Direct and facilitate the cooking and preparation of food and drink items to food safety standards.
• Train, direct, evaluate, and coach staff with appropriate documentation. Including employee appraisals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: 18 years old
• Open availability to fill a rotating 40 hour schedule, to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Miimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years food service experience

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to pass a servsafe certification class & servesafe alcohol certification class.
• Strong, instinctive work ethic.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test and background check, which may include, but is not limited to credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy.
