Job Description:
As a Bartender, you will be the creator and distributor of delicious and refreshing drinks and food. You’ll combine your skills as a mixologist with your natural flair for satisfying service to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer guest questions
- Upsell premium products when appropriate
- Check IDs to ensure appropriate drinking age
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
- Keep areas clean and sanitary
- Get to know guest preferences
- Operate cash register
- Produce and serve bar drinks following recipe and presentation standards
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of COVID-19 food and beverage safety requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Availability to work Thursday-Sunday from 5pm-close (as late as 2am on Friday and Saturday)
Qualification & Experience:
- Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
- Food & Beverage Safety certifications preferred
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine
- Previous bartender experience required – two years of experience preferred
- Background in a high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus* Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
- Theme Park experience serving international guests highly desirable
- Expertise with popular recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos, etc.
