Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, in agreement with the Manager, the team members to ensure constant application and compliance with the standards of Visual Merchandising and In-Store
  • Communication in the store
  • Prove that you are an excellent Brand ambassador, constantly acting according to the company philosophy and the Brand Values
  • Coordinating, in agreement with your Manager, team members to offer customers a great shopping experience
  • By actively engaging to ensure the achievement and surpassing of the store’s performance and KPI objectives
  • Implement and comply with all the procedures set out in the PRP manual and current legislation
  • In agreement with the Manager, manage the deliveries of goods quickly and punctually
  • In agreement with the Manager, supervise and coordinate the team to ensure that all customers always receive an excellent level of Customer Service
  • In agreement with the Manager, manage resources and organize processes and activities within the store to ensure efficiency and productivity, in line with the company philosophy
  • In agreement with the Manager, guide and train the team members on the Brand and the products
  • In agreement with the Manager, you lead the team to meet and exceed customer expectations in every situation
  • In agreement with the Manager, make sure that the warehouse is constantly organized and ensure the correct restocking of the store so that the entire range of products is available on the sales floor and easily available by customers
  • Use in-depth knowledge of product categories to maximize sales and build customer loyalty
  • Assuming the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of the latter
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and, in agreement with the Manager, take the necessary actions to drive commercial success
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Be a role model for Customer Service and for the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations

Qualification & Experience:

  • Work experience of at least 12 months in a retail sports / fashion environment, with advanced sales skills and solid knowledge of the product, of the Retail or Brand logic (in addition to having already gained a first experience in roles of responsibility and management).
