Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager Distribution Innovation, the Product Distribution and Payment’s team is looking for a creative and analytical mind to help build the best customer experience and optimize Air Canadas B2B and B2C product delivery, aligned with distribution strategies and business goals. The candidate must be data driven and have a full range of skills that will enable them to identify opportunities based on reported insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze distribution channel performances and trends and identify opportunities to improve NDC channel adoption
- Liaise with stakeholders in implicated groups to document issues, accommodate new requirements and obtain necessary support
- Create and maintain NDC distribution performance key performance indicator (KPI) reports
- Communicate business requirements to a broad audience with varying levels of knowledge
- Actively participate in strategic projects and initiatives that require in-depth analysis of data
- Provide support in the gathering the requirements for new distribution products and/or initiatives
- Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including business requirements and change requests to ensure timely and efficient project management
- Assist with the management and delivery of the AC New Distribution Capability (NDC) roadmap
- Assist the team to set and improve data workflows and automation to improve Power BI reports
- Work closely with IT, operations, and commercial teams, to support partner implementations and provide distribution product expertise
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in New Distribution Capability (NDC), Corporate Direct, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Business knowledge in airline distribution domain
- Data visualization using multiple data sources
- Extracting, analyzing, and reporting digital metrics
