Job Description: This position is to cover a busy seasonal period within our pubs and will be on a temporary basis. The specific hours for the role will be discussed at interview. As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all front of house areas are maintained to our high standards. Job Responsibilities: Ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products. You will need to ensure that the bar, front of house, toilets and other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines throughout the day. With excellent customer service skills, you should be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
