Job Description:

• This position is to cover a busy seasonal period within our pubs and will be on a temporary basis. The specific hours for the role will be discussed at interview.
• As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all front of house areas are maintained to our high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products.
• You will need to ensure that the bar, front of house, toilets and other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines throughout the day.
• With excellent customer service skills, you should be professional and well presented – able to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
• You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. Conversational English is essential and you`ll have to be confident, friendly and reliable to succeed with us.
