Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Removing gear from guests after completion of their adventure
- Maintaining and inspecting all rescue equipment
- Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment Conducting a pre-course safety orientation, (Ground School), for each group of guests Conducting complete inspections of harnesses and helmets
- Responsible for gear maintenance including washing and sanitizing gear
- Inspecting all lines and courses for safety
- Communicating assistance for guests throughout their time on course
- Assisting with grounds maintenance efforts including restocking water coolers and grounds cleanliness
- Helping guests prepare for their adventure
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Prior experience with outdoor recreation, athletics, educational roles, high ropes experience, interpretive naturalism, and/or rock climbing is a plus but not required
Qualification & Experience:
- Must pass and complete required site-specific safety training course
- Have the physical capability to assist and accommodate guests of various sizes and physical ability throughout the grounds and courses Certification in basic First Aid, CPR, and AED a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
