Job Description: Oversee the daily operations of assigned locations to provide high quality products and superior customer service that enhances the guest’s visit, and supports the mission of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all assigned locations are properly set, operated and maintained for efficient and effective guest experience Follow and enforce all WCS and departmental rules and regulations Address and correct associates behaviors Ensure that all associates provide superior customer service & provide service recovery to guests Oversee the daily operation of locations Perform other related duties as assigned Maintain general knowledge of park, attractions, and amenities so as to provide superior customer service Maintain and operate all rides and attractions safely under departmental rules and guidelines Be responsive to needs of associates Job Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Previous supervisory experience in related business preferred High school diploma or its equivalent (GED) required Minimum age of 18 or older Qualification & Experience: Must be able to work weekends & holidays Demonstrated ability to balance numerous and varied tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational skills, including time management and problem solving Applicant must have a positive work ethic, and possess well-developed leadership abilities Outgoing personality with strong written and oral communication skills Job Details: Company: Wildlife Conservation Society Vacancy Type: Temporary Job Location: New York, NY, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
