Job Description:

From ticket & membership sales, to parking, you’ll be providing fast, friendly and effective service while gaining valuable experiences that can impact and advance your career goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate tickets and admit entry into the park and various exhibits/attractions
• Direct guests to park vehicles in designated parking locations
• Assist with the operation of the New York Aquarium 4D Theater
• Handle all in-park ticket & membership sales
• Actively promote and inform guests about our diverse assortment of premium products
• Process all transactions through the ticketing point-of-sale system

Job Requirements:

• Ability to smile
• Ability to engage in park related conversation with the general public
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to work well within a team
• Successfully be able to learn cash register responsibilities
