Job Responsibilities:
- Process payments and ensure that ticket orders are accurately fulfilled.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Supporting the sales strategy by assisting with outbound calls and telemarketing
- Answer incoming Group Sales telephone lines & email correspondence.
- Ensure that customers are aware of the full range of products available at the individual parks, including special offers
- Processing advance bookings and ticket sales for all parks
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including a clear, friendly phone voice
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must possess a professional and positive attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Must be flexible & available to work weekends, holidays & extended hour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word and Excel a must, PowerPoint a plus. Knowledge of Gateway Ticketing System and/or Salesforce is a plus.
