Job Description:
The Senior HR Advisor will support the Senior HR Business Partner to provide proactive and commercially focused HR support for the DPEP business within the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support the maintenance of critical HR information and processes including headcount management, organization charts, recruitment, ER case management and annual HR process
- Ensure employees and managers have a proactive and responsive contact point for HR queries and generalist advisory support, escalating as appropriate
- Support the business client groups and ensure effective stakeholder management to deliver against the TWDC/DPEP business and HR strategy
- Support the delivery of key HR initiatives led by Business Partners and COEs, such as salary planning, talent planning, performance management to ensure alignment in approach across the UK HR teams
- Work with the Senior HR Business Partner and business leads to identify organization challenges and trends, leverage HR metrics, and develop effective HR solutions
- Own appropriate employee relations conversations and end-to-end processes to include long-term sick, flexible working and performance management and organizational change.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Employee Relations, Legal, Health & Safety, Occupational
- Health, and escalate as necessary to ensure appropriate resolution
Job Requirements:
- Evident experience of operating within global, matrixed, commercial organizations with stakeholders across all levels and geographies
- Experience in client/customer facing HR support role with demonstrable HR advisory experience. Operating as Senior Advisor level preferred
- Experience of supporting formal consultation processes end-to-end
- Demonstrable experience of delivering effective and value-add HR solutions
- Experience of advising and leading on employee relations matters
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to quickly develop organisational savvy and thrive in a matrix organization
- Adept in managing multiple HR processes end to end and taking on tasks as necessary for the successful delivery
- Skilled in HR advisory in a generalist capacity
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and relationships
- High level of personal credibility and ability to engage with the business and exercise sound judgement
- Excellent communication, people management and collaborating skills. Ability to adopt a consultant style approach, build relationships and influencing across all levels
- Adept in partnering with COEs for the successful delivery of the responsibilities
- Resilient and adaptable through change
- Curious – pursues own learnings for HR and professional excellence
- CIPD qualified, or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience
