Job Description:
Provides a great service to customers and delivers defined activities with the designated business area. Has a good understanding of and works within well-defined procedures relevant to own discipline. Showing knowledge of the range of processes and systems to be used in completing assigned tasks. Typically reports to the Senior Team Leader / Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure bullet proof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
- Increase VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the Quota.
- Following VF standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired.
- Making sure the adherence to VF policies and procedures. People Training calendar plan. Ongoing positive feedback and coaching.
- Providing the Team members with all the requirements (Handsets, Lines, Offers, Business cards & Letter Heads designed…). Avoid any OOS. Smooth and easy communication with VF channels.
- Develop and uphold corporation governance.
- Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters.
- Periodical meetings with staff.
- Develop succession plan for individual team members.
- Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels.
Job Requirements:
- BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration
- Personal skills: Negotiation, communication skills, organization skills, presentation as well as time management, managing 3rd party.
- PC knowledge: Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work experience: 3-6 years of successful corporate sales experience
