Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global Loyalty, CRM and Personalization teams to analyze consumer behavioral and marketing data to support the development of CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. Support the team in designing and evaluating/measuring A/B tests.
  • Synthesizing and analyzing the data and effectively communicate insights to cross functional teams (global + regional)
  • Developing a macro segmentation to better understand our population of consumers. Assessing customer feedback & sizing areas of impact
  • Partner with/support the Global CRM, Personalization and Loyalty teams for sizing of opportunities to help prioritize the roadmap and help inform decisions such as pilot market selection for initiatives.
  • Partnering with & leading cross functional teams in bringing together data from multiple data sources.
  • Partnering with Global Data Management Team & Regional CRM Analytics teams to help build customer lifetime value models, conduct segmentation/cohort analysis and build propensity models, attrition and retention models.
  • Assessing and evaluating existing frequency models & affinity groups and identifying stronger/ alternative predictors for likelihood to purchase/engage
  • Owning the metrics, calculations, and validity of the underlying data for all channels within the Omni org.

Qualification & Experience:

  • JavaScript D3 libraries or Tableau visualization
  • Experience analyzing customer, ecommerce, retail, app and marketing data. Experience leading teams of 5+
  • Dexterity with an advanced statistical package (e.g. R, SciPy)
  • Advanced degree in an analytical field (math, business, statistics) and 5-7+ years in data analytics, or BA in like field with 7+ years’ experience
  • Basic statistical skills (familiarity with A/B testing) a plus
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Programming in a scripting environment (e.g. Python) or ETL development experience
