Job Description:

  • The Head of Transformation will drive and lead innovative, global business transformation for Tesco’s Customer & Colleague Engagement Centres (UK, Central Europe, India). They will ensure the best processes and smart technologies are in place to serve customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysing business requirements, proactively identifying our most complex problems and opportunities to deliver value and improve customer experience – innovating and bringing these ideas to life, ensuring decisions are data based and value is delivered quickly.
  • Overseeing the design, implementation and delivery of both complex transformation projects and local level change activities in each market.
  • Developing a global transformation roadmap to deliver the strategy and objectives of the CECs.
  • Creating sustainable global competitive advantage for Tesco through building world class CECs – delivering operational excellence, driving innovation through Continuous Improvement and technology and leading on customer experience.
  • Driving a continuous improvement culture and role modelling the behaviours needed to encourage and embed change across a global organisation.
  • Leading the global transformation programme across a multi-skilled CEC organisation operating in diverse sites, functions and markets for both internal and external customers.
  • Informing strategic decisions, driving best practices and leading global delivery across Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement and
  • Product Improvement.
  • Ensuring all change is delivered holistically, under a Global Service Model framework.
  • Managing limited resources and budgets to deliver the different priorities for each market and business unit, ensuring robust cost control and early return on investment.
