Job Description:

The Salesforce Administrator will leverage their background and understanding of how multiple systems interact in order to deliver custom Salesforce solutions which include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design customized solutions and execute the solution by leveraging SFDC configuration
  • Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
  • Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader
  • Participate in the creation and documentation of end-user requirements
  • Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as process builders, flows, workflow rules, and approval processes
  • Support new user setup and training
  • Provide excellent support service for internal Salesforce.com users
  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce App Exchange apps like DocuSign’s Spring CLM, and Geopointe, as well as Classic and Lightning interfaces is a plus
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and to estimate workload
  • Experience working with Agile, lean, or similar development methodologies
    Scaled Agile is a plus
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Working in a small team working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology

Qualification & Experience:

  • Salesforce.com Admin Certification or several years experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Required: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in the field
