Job Description:

We are seeking SEASONAL hourly retail sales staff, aka Geoffrey’s Helpers, who are great communicators and born experience fanatics to work in our new store in the Houston Galleria, Tx. Our ideal candidate is excited about toys and children’s products and would consider themselves a kid at heart. We’re looking for SEASONAL hourly team members with a passion for great customer service and who love to help others learn about the latest toys and products for kids of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist TRU guests through the discovery, experience, and purchase process
  • Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products in the showroom; attend trainings and keep current with product research and FAQs
  • Be able to speak to TRUs vision and mission statement with guests as requested
  • Assist with in-store events
  • Help clean, organize, and restock the showroom
  • Assist as needed with merchandising and inventory management
  • Complete home and office deliveries as needed to meet the needs of our customers

Job Requirements:

  • Passionate about creating a dynamic customer experience
  • Open to learning new technology

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service role
  • Excited about new and emerging toy products and trends
