Sr. Manager - Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion - Retail & Direct Bank This role will have the responsibility of driving the Leadership and Diversity & Inclusion learning strategies for the Retail & Direct Bank. This individual will guide a team of talented learning professionals to create world-class learning experiences for our Capital One people leaders and associates. This rolewill partner closely with key business leaders to understand intent, assess skill gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and leverage portfolio and program evaluation to grow our people leaders and associates. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of learning professionals who consult, design, develop, curate, and deliver learning solutions for a diverse audience. Partner with analysts to measure the impact of learning on business success, as well as to identify performance trends as an input to future learning efforts. Partner closely with peers across Learning & Development, to coordinate and co-create holistic learning experiences. Manage a portfolio of leadership programs, as well as a pipeline of up to 20 simultaneous additional learning projects with multiple deliverables and owners, keeping the team on track to deliver high quality products on schedule. Work with other Learning teams across the company, as well as HR partners, to share best practices and gain leverage through content reusability. Leverage deep subject matter expertise in Leadership Development, to drive innovative and effective strategies. Build close partnerships with Retail and Direct Bank Leaders to understand imperatives, gain insights into critical talent drivers for the organization, and consult on the appropriate leadership and Diversity & Inclusion learning solutions. Partner with key business and Human Resource partners to scope learning needs.
