Job Description: The Customer Resiliency Division is entrusted to help customers who are struggling to keep up with their bills. Through the usage of analytics and latest technology, we build the contact strategies to drive engagement with our customers and the customizable tools to provide solutions that work with them in their time of need. As the Senior Business Analyst for Customer Resiliency, you use data to ensure that our team is building the right experiences and creating tangible business value. You turn analysis into insight: about our customers, our solutions, and the opportunities we should be pursuing. You excel at communicating those insights – in dashboards, slides, Slack messages, and presentations – and influencing the priorities of peers and business leaders.
