Job Description: The Spectrum Sales Enablement Supervisor for Residential Direct Sales is responsible for the implementation of the new sales representatives (DSRs) development program (90-day program) that includes coaching, business performance reviews, and training. Job Responsibilities: Assesses new-hire performance based on job expectations and cohort group performance providing feedback and action plans to the local front line leaders. Guides each new hire group through onboarding, new-hire class training expectations Diagnoses and recommend training/practice modules based on the business supervisor field evaluation observations and performance metrics Supports all efforts to simplify and improve the new-hire sales representative (DSR) experience Coaches, practice, and role-play with new hire both tools usage (BuyFlow and Realtime) and sales skills (engagement and close) based on The Spectrum Way (virtually and in-person) Promotes the integration of the new hire with the local teams and business leaders Leads efforts to improve new hire performance, engagement, motivation, in the initial 90-days of employment Job Requirements: Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and with a group, including virtual teams Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools such as WebEx Skills in team building, relationship building, facilitation, and presentation Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience Successful sales performance in a door to door or face to face environment; 3 years Knowledge of the cable or telecommunications industry Experience in positioning and presenting new products/pricing Job Details: Company: Spectrum Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Elyria, OH, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
