The Listings Launchpad team helps disrupt the traditional home selling experience by redefining how listing agents win a seller’s business and activate the listing faster than any seller or seller representative in the real estate industry. We offer pricing guidance with consultation tools like our in-house comparative market analysis and net proceeds tools; we streamline the selling process with activation workflow tools like our listing flyer and photo managers. As a full-stack software developer on the team, you’ll join a group of passionate and friendly engineers and build tools that make Redfin’s listing agents the best agents in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solve complex technical problems that reach across multiple sell-side products, learning about every part of the business
- Get exposure to all levels of the company and a management team invested in your growth and success
- Use tools and technology across all layers of the development stack, from JavaScript and React to Java, ReactNative, Kafka, and AWS to build engaging, intuitive web and mobile experiences for the home selling process

Qualification & Experience:
- Strong problem solving skills and solid CS fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures
- Think like an end user and have a passion for creating intuitive, simple user interface
- Effective technical communication and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field
- At least one year of experience in web application development
