Job Description:

This position will be responsible for overseeing labor expenses and identifying areas for greater efficiency. This person will run schedule analyses, labor per transaction analyses, staffing by hour analyses, and other pertinent data analyses related to efficient labor expenditures. Related majors: Business, Human Resources, Finance, and Theme Park Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze labor expenditures and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  • Track and monitor labor law compliance through compliance auditing, documentation, discipline, and retraining.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled program meetings and workshops.
  • Participate in biweekly conference calls with Corporate and company Labor Managers to address system changes, performance, and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Park leadership to address audit results and improve in necessary areas.
  • Train Park schedulers on scheduling system and communicate system deployment developments as they are released.
  • Serve as a Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention in a calm and professional manner.
  • Audit department scheduling and report on staff utilization, scheduled labor, schedule validation warnings, and average wage.
  • Work with assigned group to develop and present business proposal related to improving guest and team member satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least a 2.5 grade point average.
  • Must have completed at least 30 credit hours at an accredited university or college in related field.
  • Educational or work experience related to business management.
  • Will be required to show proof of enrollment in related degree program.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit demonstrated leadership and positive guest service skills.
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
