Job Description:

Fabricate various signage for the park, including but not limited to: promotional signage, exhibit signage, new capital, posters, banners and show sets. Respond to work orders to determine type of sign specified, work procedures and materials required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot signs throughout the park.
• Remove and/or replace worn signage. Maintain, erect, repair and trouble shoot signs throughout the park.
• Plan concepts by studying information and materials.
• Draw an outline of sign on outside window or dusts pounce pattern to mark outline and paints inside of window following drawing or outline, when painting window signs.
• Ability to create a 3 dimensional carving from a set design.
• Brushes paint, lacquer, enamel or japan over stencil, or paints details, background and shading to fill in outline or sketch of sign or mural.

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree or three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of computer graphic design using a variety of software programs to include InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.

Qualification & Experience:

• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
• Ability to write, speak and understand English with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• The mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including the use of hands to finger; feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Ability to sit frequently, occasionally required to stand; walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
