Job Description:
Partner with local schools and universities for on-site recruitment events. Manage a recruitment calendar, and be off-site recruiting three days a week. Assist candidates with application process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor job postings on third party job sites.
- Cross-Train in most areas within Human Resources
- Conduct on-site interviews.
- Communicate with departments on specific hiring needs for their season.
- Assist with park Booster Program.
- Research and purchase recruitment swag for events and keep inventory of what is needed.
- Assist with Internship Program development and events.
- Plan and host field trips for schools to learn more about the hiring process.
- Create and distribute flyers for hiring.
- Attend hiring events and local outreach events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Age 18
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Qualification & Experience:
- Must possess strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
- Must be professional, self-motivates, and have an enthusiastic attitude
