Job Description:

Adhere to and enforce all Park and Department policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism and uphold confidentiality. Strong communication skills used for answering and making phone calls, radio pages, and e-mails.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining correct and organized records- logging, communicating, and filing information.
  • Assisting the operational team by being a communication hub of park knowledge to assist the team in the field with answers to any questions they may have.
  • Monitoring the Employee Attendance System, assisting team members with errors, and ensure that the team members are clocking out for their breaks within in the guidelines of the department and park policies.
  • Utilize multiple computer software programs to complete tasks given by Full Time.
  • Maintaining the tracking of department labor through creating staffing sheets daily, checking constantly throughout the day for checking team members in, and communicating quickly to operational management if they do not.
  • Ability to have effective time management skills in completing tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer experience required.
  • Outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong time management, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills required.
  • Park Experience Preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
