Job Description:
Help hire, schedule, and train employee shuttle drivers. Help serve as a mediator for housing and roommate disagreements. Work to resolve all issues in a timely manner. Drive employee shuttle to transport employees to housing, banking, and grocery stores as needed. Help assist and process housing deposits and calculate eligible bonus payments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain international employee files.
- Assist with the planning, communication, and execution of international employee events.
- Assist in conducting orientation for international employees covering Park policies, Park tours, program expectations, and housing.
- Ensure employee shuttles are well maintained and regular maintenance is performed.
- Assist in processing invoices and completing check requests for housing expenses incurred.
- Resolve issues brought to your attention regarding payroll, employee behavior, and housing
- Oversee check-in and checkout of all employees in company-provided housing.
- Assist with interviews and Recruitment with the ESO branch of HR
- Coordinate setup of housing amenities including furniture, cable, internet, housing location, bedding, keys, and supplies.
- Act as a liaison between department leadership and employees to resolve workplace issues and ensure program expectations are being met.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask.
Qualification & Experience:
- Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of Human Resource documents and other proprietary information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Will be required to work closely with other employees including people from other countries and cultures.
