Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
- Motivating and encouraging staff toward reaching budgeted per cap goals
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Creating visual displays in the Games in their assigned area
- Ensuring games and back areas are clean and orderly
- Complying with and enforcing Six Flags New England Cash Handling Policies
- Communicating park or team related concerns to the supervisor
- Conducting audits to measure department success
- Helping supervisors with on-going training of proper cash handling
Job Requirements:
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to remain calm during stressful and emergency situations
- Ability to pass a standard math test for cash handling abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
