Job Description:
In this role you will support the product vision, strategy and execution of POS capabilities with a targeted focus on payments and innovation. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and working directly with internal team members and external vendors to continuously improve the experience for both our external and internal customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation in consumer transactions and payment acceptance.
- Act as subject matter expert for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the transactions, credit card processing, point of sale integrations, and consumer payments.
- Define the technology roadmap in collaboration with cross functional business teams.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues as necessary.
- Support and maintain all technology related hardware and software for POS and payment systems.
- Oversee training, reporting, system documentation and user access processes
- Manage POS products and hierarchy is POS backoffice CMS.
- Manage third party technology vendors in the implementation and support of applications.
- Deliver technology solutions which continuously improve the customer experience while also driving revenue.
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of technology product management experience.
- Expert in cloud-based point of sale and payment systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing infrastructures, tokenization, and PCI compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience taking successful technology products from concept to launch.
- Proven track record of managing technology vendors.
- Experience with the Agile/iterative development process.
- Familiarity with NFC, mobile payments and digital wallet technologies.
- Experience with fraud mitigation services and technologies.
