Job Description:

This position is responsible for processing, tracking and reporting of customer and vendor rebates for products and services programs. This position utilizes basic accounting skills to process invoices and payments to vendors and rebates to customers. The candidate is required to effectively handle calls by acting as a liaison for internal and external customers. This position is required to accurately input data into various systems to document transaction details, process rebates and populate reports. The candidate must utilize strong communication and phone skills to resolve service inquiries, determine customer needs and to prequalify customers for programs. The candidate provides program support of their assigned programs to support internal and external requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Dispatch contractor work orders
  • Assist Residential Solutions customers by phone with questions, concerns and service requests

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Basic understanding of residential electrical wiring and water heater components
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2 years of related work experience
  • High School diploma or GED
