Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Director Education, Talent Development and Brand Education and Artistry, this job will provide administrative support and coordination for the function. Responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generation of various weekly/monthly/yearly reports
  • Monitor logistics execution for internal Learning & Development workshops/sessions with internal and external partners
  • Maintain a systematic communication method with external event management company
  • Process and track training expenses vs. budget
  • Coordinate and follow up on department projects as needed
  • Review and process invoices for payment
  • Scheduling and communication of meeting requirements for external facilities
  • Create and communicate key timeline details for upcoming events/sessions
  • Ownership of creating reporting from stakeholder input and various data points (primarily Excel, Cube, and Cornerstone LMS)
  • Cascade information to stores via various communication methods and tools

Job Requirements:

  • You can hold sensitive and/or confidential information in confidence
  • It’s a bonus if you are bilingual, both written and spoken
  • You’re a star at multi-tasking and you love to problem solve and drive complex priorities
  • You’re comfortable with minimal travel (0-5% total)
  • You’re a team player who can work independently in ambiguous situations
  • You’re technically savvy and skilled within Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and Box
  • You have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience with event logistics and/or training administration
  • You’re an Advanced Microsoft Excel user & reporting is your jam
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills (preferred experience with business communication, and project updates)
  • You are familiar with event online registration and LMS (Learning Management System) administration
