Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, professional guest service over the phones and in person
- Handle inbound group sales and Education calls
- Process orders, research and solve problems that may occur within group bookings
- Book group reservations for Park Tours and Discovery Cove products for consumers
- Sell tickets to inquiring groups
- Perform data entry on new and existing contracted and non-contracted accounts
- Answer general questions about all the SEA Parks and assist Resellers, Youth, and General groups in booking their reservations
- Reconcile MPR sales to ensure balance
- Manage all DCO reseller reservations and inquiries
- Attain quality and group sales revenue goals through customer benefit selling and exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Print hard stock tickets for applicable groups
Job Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to type at least 25 WPM
- Must be at least 18 years old
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be have basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems
