We’re always seeking exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable individuals for a variety of roles throughout our organization Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, professional guest service over the phones and in person Handle inbound group sales and Education calls Process orders, research and solve problems that may occur within group bookings Book group reservations for Park Tours and Discovery Cove products for consumers Sell tickets to inquiring groups Perform data entry on new and existing contracted and non-contracted accounts Answer general questions about all the SEA Parks and assist Resellers, Youth, and General groups in booking their reservations Reconcile MPR sales to ensure balance Manage all DCO reseller reservations and inquiries Attain quality and group sales revenue goals through customer benefit selling and exceeding internal and external customer expectations Print hard stock tickets for applicable groups Job Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to type at least 25 WPM Must be at least 18 years old Qualification & Experience: Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts Must have excellent written and verbal communication Must be have basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems Job Details: Company: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
