Job Description:

Receives, stores and distributes materials, equipment, and products.
Enthusiastically represents SeaWorld by smiling, displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load/Unload park delivery vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Must occasionally help other areas throughout the park as needed.
• Work in refrigerators and freezer.
• Label all items received.
• Assist in reading pick tickets and pulling product from bin locations.
• Communicate any discrepancies to Assistant Supervisor
• Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Work in refrigerators and freezer.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Must have at least 2 days of unrestricted availability, to include at least one week day and Saturday. During the peak season (spring break, summer, holiday weeks) you must have at least 4 days of unrestricted availability to include Saturday.
• Label all items received.
• Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs.
• Must occasionally help other areas throughout the park as needed.
