Job Description:

As the Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting benchmarking research, pricing new and existing roles, FLSA reviews, and supporting internal equity alignment within the organization. You will have significant input on Annual Bonus / merit cycles, development/revision and implementation of new and existing compensation practices and will conduct various analyses of new and existing compensation plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and maintain various compensation structures and job families
  • Conduct market research
  • Empower leaders and business partners with data to drive decisions
  • Price roles using salary survey
  • Assist with ad hoc Compensation and related projects and other duties as assigned
  • Formulate Recommendations for impending legislation / Statutory requirements
  • Review and complete job evaluation requests to ensure market competitiveness
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Compensation processes and procedures
  • Assist with the annual merit and corporate bonus process
  • Complete annual compensation salary surveys
  • Create and maintain job codes in the HRIS system.
  • Analyze current compensation structure/plans and provide recommendations

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with merit increases, annual bonus plans, long-term equity
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in pricing roles using salary surveys and conduct market research
  • 2-4 years experience as a Compensation Analyst

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment
