Job Description: As an Assistant Supervisor for Guest Arrival, you’ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. Job Responsibilities: Oversee opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals Create and maintain team rotation grid Report project status to Supervisors and Managers Reservation Check-In Area Turnstiles Parking Lot Respond to guest and team member needs Ticketing Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching Track labor, including daily scheduling and break management Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Job Requirements: During the off season, at least 3 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays During peak season, at least 4 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays At least 18 years old Valid state driver’s license Qualification & Experience: Ability to complete CPR/AED training/certification Comfortable working outdoors, around water and at heights up to 350 ft.
