Job Description: As a Training Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our corporate training team, to brainstorm, create and deliver a wide variety of ideas and content for important training materials at multiple parks. We’re looking for a proven change agent to flawlessly and independently handle our performance management process and execute a wide variety of employee engagement events and activities. Job Responsibilities: Work with Human Resource business partners to identify training needs Develop objectives/activities, multimedia and visual aids for online and in-person interactions Design and execute ongoing development for Training and Development team members Develop training to meet specific local legal requirements Deliver high-level leadership and management training Drive innovative training solutions in support of organizational objectives Analyze and apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design Facilitate needs assessments through focus groups, surveys, interviews, etc. Partner with HR and other teams to establish and maintain effective appraisal methods and measurements Manage and monitor organizational training and development initiatives and cultural integration efforts Design online and on-site training and methodologies to facilitate flow of information Manage Ambassador recognition (ACE awards) program for ORL parks Provide course review and refinement for company-wide training Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field At least two years of leadership experience Experience creating training content in a learning management system A minimum of 5 years of training experience, with at least 3 years in high-volume operations, human resources or training and organizational development. Previous experience in virtual learning design and maintenance preferred Qualification & Experience: Background in a service industry setting desired Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of recruitment, selection, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations/negotiations, and personnel information systems Confident and outgoing presence Strong influencing skills Flexibility in effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously Ability to assimilate information effectively and formulate solutions Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Job Details: Company: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
