Job Description:

The HR Coordinator/International will provide a wide variety of support for the International Student Program. This position involves a significant amount of direct contact with leaders, employees, and international students. The individual will be responsible for providing the human touch that brings our employment processes and systems to life.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle frequent data entry, filing, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with planning activities and cultural events for the international students.
  • Coordinate Onboarding, to include Social Security visits.
  • Assist with interview and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Assist international students by answering questions and directing them to appropriate HR personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.) and phone skills.
  • Active listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Experience multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (ADP, Kronos).
  • Associate degree preferred or relevant years of experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources functions, including tasks within the employment cycle preferred.
  • Experience working in the theme park or hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience.
  • Experience working with international groups.
