Job Description:

Sally Beauty Holdings, Jacksonville, FL has 2 immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor. Inventory Control and Receiving Warehouse Supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides input for and establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures; implements and matins material control systems and procedures; regulates and monitors productivity.
• The position is responsible for monitoring and control the slot maintenance program by correctly entering changes and monitoring the programs efficiency.
• Selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and IC functions. Provides direction and leadership to team according to established policies and management guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs
• Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System including inquiry and report writing
• Excellent oral skills including oral presentations in front of large warehouse groups
• Written communication skills including financial and operational reports

Qualification & Experience:

• High School diploma is required. Bachelors Degree in business administration preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience in IC function
• Previous supervisory experience required
