Job Description: Regal Cinemas is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Regional Director's Office located in Orlando, FL. This is a part-time position working approximately 24-30 hours per week. The Regional Operations Director Administrator provides support for the Regional Operations Director, including but not limited to schedule management and travel arrangements, generating and reviewing reports, maintaining files and documents, processing invoices, email management, and communication management. Job Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality Coordinate with other PA's & Regional Administrators for integrated travel and meeting arrangements. Coordinate regional tours and regional meeting attendance. Process and track District Manager PTO, weekend working, and visits. Production of presentation decks for team meetings. Monitor and manage the email inbox of the Regional Director. Manage the Regional Director busy schedule: complex diary management and prioritizing of tasks. Produce, manage and distribute presentations, briefing papers and reports. Coordinate with Regional Administrators & Operations Analysts to collate information, data and produce reports to support the Operations Director. Arrange internal and external meetings. Plan and prepare for meetings. Attend and take minutes for meetings. Collate and maintain all Regional report tracking Monitor and support DMA performance to ensure deadlines are met and work is presented with consistency and accuracy. Responsible for completion of all administrative support tasks such as drafting and typing letters, printing, proof reading, copying, emailing, filing, submitting expenses, etc. Manage all travel arrangements and produce itineraries.
