Job Description:
As the Senior Bilingual Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for payroll delivery and the identification of issues and activities that may impact the employee experience, operational risk and process efficiencies
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the use of technological resources and maintains integrity of records
- Work with commission and compensation team
- Execute customer oriented service delivery so as to enable the Royal Bank to effectively and efficiently implement change across the organization
- Ensure the processing of Canadian payroll requests are completed within the processing period in which they are received
- Process General Ledger transaction using PeopleSoft.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with SAP and Workday
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA designation (PCP or CPM)
- Minimum 2 years Payroll experience including basic tax calculations.
- Accurate and details orientation
- Must be well organized, possess the ability to prioritize work effectively and execute work assignments quickly
