Job Description: UPS is seeking a dynamic part-time HR Supervisor to impact the operation by administering and communicating HR policies, procedures and programs in several of the following areas: employment, employee relations, safety, reporting and record keeping, training, etc. He/She facilitates presentations and training as needed. The HR Supervisor also assists in investigations and conducts research based on information requests from managers. He/She works collaboratively with other members of the HR Team and maintains a working knowledge of other roles in the function.
