Job Description: Within your day to day you will report to the Manager of Compensation Management and will be responsible for the calculation and analysis of commission qualifiers and payments that are distributed through our Supplemental Commissions & Internal Sales Compensation programs. You will conduct research and respond to inquiries related to the program from the field while maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be measured on goals and metrics relating to financial accuracy, timeliness, and quality. You will use your strong attention to detail, your writer and verbal communication skills, as well as your keen attention to customer needs to provide the best service possible. Job Responsibilities: Calculating commission payments for SCP, GRB, and Manual Commissions process Research and respond to inquiries from the Distribution organization Collaborate with the Compensation Management team to enhance reporting capabilities Maintain monthly metric reports and meet all quality goals Create and deliver ad hoc reporting as assigned Partner with the Compensation Management team on projects Flexible with working overtime during peak periods Qualification & Experience: 3 to 5 years of analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in Accounting, Finance, Underwriting, Data Analytics, or related field – Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience in the financial services industry with Group Insurance or Third-party distribution models highly desired Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills with the use of complex formulas required – experience with macros a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills & strong customer service skills Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage to tight timelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Details: Company: Prudential Financial Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Sales Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
