Product Support Manager – Textron Jobs 2025

Job Description:

We have an opening for a Product Support Manager (PSM) to join the Customer Care team. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the PSM will provide technical support and training to the network of Ransomes Jacobsen Ltd dealers/distributors, whilst monitoring and helping develop dealer/distributor aftersales standards to ensure the highest levels of product support are being maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Ransomes & Jacobsen range of turf equipment as well the EZGO & Cushman vehicle product ranges distributed through the Ipswich facility;
• To handle dealer/distributor and customer complaints, and where appropriate investigate and implement a solution that will resolve the problem;
• To provide accurate and detailed information to Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, as well as communicating with our third-party product suppliers on product field issues;
• Working with dealers/distributors within your area to ensure the business and our customers’ expectations are being met for after sales support. Assist dealers with understanding and utilising all business procedures and processes, and to help with the introduction of new dealers/distributors when required to support the complete product range. Carry out regular dealer surveys to identify current dealer standards and to identify actions for improvements;
• Conducting Service Training courses for Dealers, Distributors and Customers;

Job Requirements:

• Good product knowledge and experience in the Turf machinery and specialised vehicles industry is advantageous;
• IT literate, with good numeracy and literacy skills;
• Good commercial, inter-personal and telephone skills;
• Full driving licence;
• Willingness and ability to travel both within the UK and internationally if required.

Qualification & Experience:

• As well as being the main dealer/distributor contact for Service matters, be aware of the market for the complete business with respect to dealer/distributor Parts, Training and Warranty issues within your area;
• Working in tandem with the Regional Sales Manager for the area you are involved in.
• Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
• You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering/agricultural or similar discipline, or have relevant industry experience;
