Job Description: A day in the life… Support the business by preparing and sending out artwork packets to suppliers including the completion of artwork fact sheets and providing technical call-out for each artwork Create minimal color ways and make amendments as needed Maintain and leverage industry knowledge of print processes, dye and ink types. Job Responsibilities: Review printing issues within division, making recommendations to achieve successful execution Manage development and production timelines for all artworks and yarn dyes and insure deadlines are met Share application and embellishment techniques with business partners Maintain production artwork files so they are organized, updated, and easily accessible Assess and approve all printed and art related strike-offs, yarn dyes and knit downs for color, layout and printing technique Job Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office suite, Flex PLM system, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Qualification & Experience: Strong organization and time management skills Technical knowledge of print and textile techniques, dye types, fabric qualities, product development, and production Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the Textile or Apparel Industry Job Details: Company: Nordstrom Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Seattle, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
