Job Description: Responsible for delivering on the Life Time Vision and Mission through all LT fitness professionals, programs, products and services. Accountable for maintaining a like new fitness floor. Responsible for building and leading a team of Trainer Success Coaches to ensure personal trainers have the skills and abilities to build the Life Time PT business. Is responsible for maintaining fitness professional headcount targets and delivery on fitness professional productivity targets. Mentors and coaches Training Success Coaches and provides feedback, giving them tools to improve and develop their skill set. Manages overall PT budget and is accountable for hitting/exceeding all sales & revenue goals. Job Responsibilities: Coaches and mentors all team members to deliver upon LT training expectations Implements all corporate communication regarding standard operating procedures and policies at club level Oversees sales performance, including program quality, supply costs, and pricing integrity Responsible for delivering a "like new" experience on the 2nd floor Ensures that all products , programs and services meet or exceed targets Interviews, hires and trains new personal training staff Motivates and coaches Trainer Success Coaches to achieve revenue and session goals Responsible for executing PT business plan and exceeding monthly revenue/contribution margin budget Audits all Life Time training products and services to ensure exceptional brand standards are met or exceeded.
