Offshore Program Manager – Charles Schwab Entry Level Jobs

Job Description:

The Reporting and Analytics Offshore Manager is responsible for the maintaining, updating and reporting day-to-day metrics of the offshore program. This role will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with senior Schwab partners and external vendors; developing, maintaining and executing offshore work orders sourcing plans; leading all aspects of strategic sourcing lifecycle; as well as collaborating with risk groups and legal, as required, on vendor engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle small projects to support team objectives
• Responsible for offshore work order payment reconciliation and WebEx payments
• Handle IQNavigator invoicing
• Monitor and maintain the offshore mailbox
• Handle offshore SharePoint
• Individual Contributor
• The primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
• Monthly metric reporting for the Information Technology Outsourcing and domestic portfolio
• Monthly vendor performance reporting (surveys, service level agreement results)
• Support offshore services colleagues and finance for billing inquiries
• Support Control For Offshore Risk Management (CFORM) quarterly testing results

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (required)
• Experience with Ariba, Hiperos, PeopleSoft, SharePoint and/or Access a plus
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• High level of interpersonal skills, with a shown capability to make contributions to teams and initiatives
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability to effectively explore alternatives to reach mutually beneficial outcomes

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven track record of building effective working relationships with senior level business partners
• The ability to lead cross-functional teams and build category management plans that maximize value and mitigate risks while ensuring internal partners’ requirements are met
• Self-starter, able to lead multiple projects and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
• 3+ years of experience in Offshore Services and/or Professional Services indirect category management, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, and risk management (required)
• Experience within the Offshore Services and Professional Services indirect category with extensive experience working with offshore vendors
