Job Description:
The OHN will spend approximately 50% of his/her time promoting and educating associates on well-being programs and benefits via employee fairs, team huddles, and onboarding presentations. The candidate must be comfortable giving in-person and virtual presentations. The OHN will also spend approximately 50% of his/her time performing nursing clinical work to assess associates in Fitness for Duty/Substance Abuse situations, handling Emergency Response situations, and providing individual nursing consultations
Job Responsibilities:
- May be required to work non-standard and irregular hours based on workload and job requirements.
- Job may require incumbent to travel via commercial transportation and/or by driving a motor vehicle to field offices, conventions, seminars, and industry meetings
- Current CPR/Defibrillator certified
- Registered Nurse in state of Georgia
