Job Description: As a key point of contact for all partnerships, the candidate will provide a critical link between business development, consumer products, product, content and marketing. As partner-facing strategists and gatekeepers of the Netflix brand, this role will ultimately be responsible for setting the creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met, and extending our content story across a wide array of partner marketing efforts. This role requires strategic insight, creative thinking, experience in crafting world-class marketing campaigns, deal-making, and a drive to own projects from ideation to execution. Job Responsibilities: Work alongside the rest of the marketing partnerships team to develop and implement Netflix’s overall partnership strategy in the UK and Israel Own the marketing relationship with acquisition (e.g. telco, pay TV, retail, device manufacturers) and brand partners as their first point of contact Hold regular business reviews with our partners to drive sign up of our commercial offers (‘bundles’) and evaluate performance against joint-marketing goals Manage the integration of partner campaigns internally to ensure strategic alignment Be a strategic interface for the product and business development teams to maximise Netflix exposure in partner channels and engagement on partner devices Lead and execute 360 co-promotional campaigns across a wide scope of channels (TV, digital, retail, experiential, etc) Oversee approvals on campaign activation as well as vendor and agency relationships Work with the our strategy and insights teams to develop tools that can evaluate the impact of partnership campaigns and the opportunities for further growth Build close working relationships with marketing partnerships teams in each region. Where a UK based partnership has ambition to deliver a multi-market campaign, work with country teams to execute on the ground. Manage partnership agreements and contracts with our legal affairs group Job Requirements: The confidence and maturity to think freely and act responsibly An incredible eye for creative ideas that align the narratives of our shows with the stories we can tell together with our partners. Interest in experiencing the Netflix culture The ability to negotiate commercial terms, marketing agreements and on device placements with our partners A strong voice in setting strategy and identifying new ways of working An outstanding record of cultivating relationships with top Telco, TV, electronics, brand and/or agency marketers A commitment to embrace and advocate for inclusion The ability to analyse and apply data to business strategy so that you can identify shared objectives with a partner Exemplary communication skills, specifically in pitching content and creative. They can organize and communicate complex ideas succinctly and accurately Qualification & Experience: Senior experience (7+ years) in developing world-class consumer marketing campaigns that standout Experience working within the entertainment/content industry (i.e. digital distributor, pay TV, telecommunication, movie studio, video games, music industry, etc).
