Job Description:

The Resilience Engineering team finds vulnerabilities, risks, and limits in our system before they lead to large-scale issues. To do this, we’ve built an Infrastructure Experimentation platform, which Netflix Engineers use to safely experiment with their services in production. Our platform runs controlled chaos, load, and software change experiments in production so that engineers can better understand the limits of their application and the Netflix ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• Partner with the Resilience team engineers to create direction for the team and a plan that can be delivered on and iterated on as things change
• Influence experimentation infrastructure design and development to deliver trusted functionality serving a wide variety of use cases
• Create an environment where different backgrounds, cultures, industry and life experiences are embraced and valued
• Create strong partnerships to drive cross-functional projects forward
• Define a roadmap and execution strategy in collaboration with peer engineering teams, partners, and product management teams
