Job Description:

  • Joining our new CRM team, you’ll be designing and provisioning memorable, customer-centric engagement experiences
  • Hone your business analysis techniques, in this fast-paced and collaborative role

Job Responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you’ll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan bank requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. We’ll look to you to establish new business analysis practices and co-design new ways of working and experiences for the customers that we serve.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing
  • Apply agile ways of working and you help produce user persona designs, user story development and test driven development approaches
  • Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
  • In the course of your work, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the wider Data Analytics, Cloud centre of excellence and Customer Insight teams to join up end-to-end business processes, helping RBS International make data inspired and informed decisions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design
  • Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks

Job Requirements:

  • A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • You’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP. Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
